Mental Health Week Workplace Kits

This year, Mental Health Week in Tasmania has compiled a digital Workplace Kit to support your mentally healthy workplace, and to help keep us #strongertogether  The Suite is available below as a digital, downloadable suite for organisations, individuals, groups and workplaces. You can simply download and distribute it to your staff, or email out to your team to view when they have a moment.

In all workplaces, your staff are your biggest asset. Providing them with a toolkit of supports is a great way of opening up the conversation about mental health and wellbeing and doing your bit to reduce stigma.

Perhaps consider holding a staff meeting or morning tea to chat about what a mentally healthy workplace looks like, and how you can work together to achieve it, during Mental Health Week this year?

We hope the suite of resources and information support better understanding of mental health experiences and wellbeing in your workplace.

A special acknowledgement to our member organisation, OzHelp Tasmania for providing, ‘A New Mindset. Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Programs, an Overview’, a resource geared specifically to Tasmanian employers.
